Long hots, tremendous add, sometimes fire, sometimes mild, always delicious.
A good meatball w longhots & sautéed onions, maybe a little pecorino & ricotta. I usually set aside a few tester meatballs for that combo when I’m making meatballs and a pot of sauce. Little snack sitch during the cook.
